DO NOT ever park here. Just go next door to Ovation. My car was locked inside overnight and I could not contact anyone. Says it closes at 11:30pm. The elevator was already shut down, I was so confused. I walked around Hollywood Boulevard for an hour and a half just trying to get inside. Asking every security guard I could for help. Knocking on businesses for someone who could get a hold of anyone. Gates always break and they don't disclose validation information correctly. They double charge and the staff is never outside to help and are rude when they are. For a company that collects money for little to no effort they set the bar really low.
