One of the entrances is off of Columbus Dr and the other is on Morgan. If it's late and you need to pick up your car, just walk up to the closed garage door entrance between 100 Columbus Dr and 102 Columbus Dr and the door will automatically open. The Morgan St entrance doesn't allow you to walk in to the garage. - Had to put this first because it was SO frustrating trying to enter the garage at 11pm. Avoid, they now use a phone based payment system that doesn’t work. How can you force people to pay via a special app in a garage that blocks cell service?? Switch back to tickets, this is asinine

This parking lot is now run by a company called Metropolis and it's a scam. You have to pay using a QR code and you can't see the charge before you provide your payment method. Once you do, they charge you whatever they want and it has no relation to the posted rates. Additionally, they tack on a 10% "Service Fee" that isn't disclosed and isn't for any service - it's just a 10% price upcharge.
