Felt the need to write a review for this garage because it's one of the darkest/skechiest garages I've ever encountered. I found a spot and opened my door to get absolutely punched in the face with the smell of what smelled like months old microwaved hot garbage. I got back in my car and left immediately to park some where else
Would not recommend parking here. You will pay for monthly parking and still get charged daily rates. There is no customer service line to obtain a refund.
I would also give 0 stars if possible. I went to park in this garage in the evening on a Friday and once inside I soon found there were almost no spots. The only spots available were extremely small, so much so that after attempting to get into a spot I scratched my car. There were several wide spots available but they were reserved for "vip guests only" and heaven only knows what those people have to pay. I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid for monthly parking and received a welcome email shortly after. When I went to the garage on the first day it said I did not have a monthly parking pass. I then got an email to pay again. I emailed multiple times to try and resolve the issue but never got a response. No one in the garage know anything about the parking.
