Car window smashed, level 4 right by elevator, contents stolen. No one on site, no assistance at all.
Stay away from this lot, and SP+ in general, unless you want your car broken into with nothing more than a shrug from the customer service here
No proper cameras available and only 1 gaurd, stay away from this garage
Was at the Anime Expo over this past 4th of July weekend. I was lucky to have parked away from this parking garage as I have had different parties of friends getting robbed from this location. From when I passed by and checked out the lot, it was a suspicious and closed lot with too many opportunities for robbers to be mugging cars, and the fact that one security guard to manage blind spots and an entire lot to watch over is absurd. I do not recommend this lot for people with safeguarding their cars.
