I park in the Suburban Square Parking lot SEPTA section almost everyday for the past 8 months and never had to pay a thing due to the arm being removed on the payment machine. Which was due to SEPTA extending their free lots. I found a ticket on my car today saying no active pay. There was no signage saying you have to pay to park. If there was it’s gotta be so small that unless you’re actively looking for it you’ll miss it. Borderline feels like a scam.
