This is ridiculous. They come and plow the snow but never come back to pit ice down. It’s like an ice-skating rink out here. They leave a ice bucket in the snow shovel which the ice is like I don’t know what to call it. It’s not even ice. Just look at this we all need to get together and go to the meet and get these people off the board never can give you proof of what we pay an HOA fee for because this company is horrible 🤯🤯 anybody want to go ice skating
My car got stolen in front of there buildings they manage and has yet to show up, and they are also late to fixing things in the building and they also do things like have nicor and come on the weekend and turn off all your gas for the whole building so you can’t use your gas for anything and then will close on the weekend So you can’t call them
We all Had to pay a special assessment for siding for our units They contracted M.I. Construction for the project. We all paid 3k for siding and they are only replacing what’s damaged and leaving the old stuff that’s not damaged up. Some owners have no damage and still have to pay. This is wrong on so many levels!!
This company is the most horrible and unprofessional management company i have ever dealt with, they dont return calls, they dont send ledgers or statements and they are always saying you owe more.
Useless. Totally useless. I wish I could give no stars at all.
