this company manages to loose checks up to 2x's a yr. then charges you late fees; I have had to rewrite checks now twice and then they also cash my old checks about a week later "which were never received" and it's been 6 weeks or so! Not happy This year since September they have not cashed my checks through November and have no explanation . . . .they are implementing an online pay service finally next year which I am hoping with resolve this nonsense
Lived here 5 years and balcony hasn't been painted and common hallways have original wallpaper. Always claiming broke and expect condo owners to pay for everything.
This company does not return calls and is not responsive to needs. I would not recommend them. We have a current problem with water cascading off the roof and coming in the wall causing flooding in kitchen. They refuse to do anything about it. It's my mom's condo. She is 87. I don't think SP Management cares about her safety or ability to mop the floor every it rains.
They are not a good management company. Takes days to get a return phone call or a response to a problem. Most times problems need to be reported several times before anyone takes action. Not pleased at all.
