Their quote seemed fair at first, but when I went to pick up my car, they added extra fees for “unexpected labor” and materials. None of this was mentioned beforehand. Feels like a scam—they lure you in with a low estimate and then overcharge you later!
The staff at SP Auto Collision Ltd is rude and dismissive. When I pointed out flaws in the repair, they acted like I was being unreasonable instead of fixing the problem. They clearly don’t care about customers—just about getting paid. Avoid at all costs!
