Food was very bland to taste, and lacked authenticy. Our food tasted like it came straight from the freezer.

Edit 2: oh my gosh... He made this right, and we were blown away by the service and deliciousness of the food! 2 stars: Very disappointed. Came for lunch, and didn't get our food until we asked for it. 45 minutes after ordering we get our food To Go because w had to go back to work. Edit: Adam has emailed me to remedy the situation! Hoping to go back so I can give it 5 stars soon!
Appetizers and drinks were great. Sushi tasted delicious but were too large for one bite and crumble apart if you try to eat it in two. Entrees we had were Japanese ramen and grilled chicken and we would not order either again. I would go back for appetizers, drinks, and sushi.
Definitely the best sushi in statesboro! Our server Ashley was super awesome and the manager was extremely friendly. I would recommend the soyumi roll with plum saki! Will be a returning customer no doubt!
