Sowins gives us quality service. They respond quickly to our needs as rental property owners. We have worked with them for many years and are very satisfied with their service.
If i could give no stars i would. All they care about is money. Sent us to collections for literally $300 that were just bogus charges anyway. Literally tried charging us for stuff we told her about when they took over but conveniently didn't get fixed till after we moved out and then want us to pay for? Not only did we not get our deposit back but they are literally trying to say that we owe them money.
I've rented from them for almost 5 years now. They're pretty good.
Had a really really bad experience with this company. Cost us $30K in repairs and lost rent to our coastal home.
my husband and I just moved out of one of their properties and they are accusing us of leaving it absolutely dirty and charging us for things that were already broken when we moved in and the first inspection they have doesn't even matter because they will charge you whatever they want when you move out no matter what you say it doesn't matter. whoever lives at 822 necanicum drive they are all a being exposed to black mold and other harmful things and they are not cleaning it up properly and they're moving people in without ... read more
I needed to move from Astoria to Vancouver, WA in 2011. I placed my home with Sowins Property Management from 2011 to January 2018. Sowins did an exceptional job of finding good tenants, providing support services/repairs when needed and all the responsibilities of managing a rental. In January 2018, I met with Carla to put my home on the market. Again Carla offered me quality service, attention to detail and quick responses to questions. I'm pleased to say I that my home sold with the closing being April 10, 2018.
Thanks sowins I give you a one for removing me and my children with a no cause order out of my home I've been in for over a year paying full rent on time thanks!
