Lauren is an excellent massage therapist. She is very pleasant, positive energy and vibe. She offers you drinks (water, coconut water, tea etc) The spa area is very clean, no shoes allowed, and bathroom spotless which is a positive in my book. She speaks to you prior to session, she keeps a chart on you, she follows up afterwards. I felt like she was my new best friend. Lauren was so professional and knowledgeable. As she loosened up my muscles she constantly checked on me and explained what she was doing. I was impressed with her abilities and expertise in her field. She truly is an artist at her craft. Best massage in years! If I could rate her a 10 star I would.
A massage with Lauren is like no other. It starts at the door where she greets you with a warm smile. She has a great energy about her that just makes you feel comfortable.
