SoWal Health & Wellness is supposedly a medical facility. A medical facility where the "owner" has the nerve to suggest his patient (my wife) needs to find a new provider for no other reason than she questioned why he'd be texting her to have her fill out an online form that she completed in person in their office only weeks ago (medical history).
