We have owned a Lavazza espresso machine for over 10 years. During that time, we have brought in the unit for miscellaneous repairs. This Company has handled our repairs quickly and at a reasonable price. I recently brought in the machine at just about 5 PM and was greeted by an individual who agreed to do a quick take on the issue. He found two bad microswitches and replaced them on the spot. We have used this company for a long time, but lately the service is horrible. I have called 3 times and sent emails over the last 3 weeks requesting service. Finally after calling again today they stated that they will call me sometime next week to schedule a service call. For a restaurant that relies on it equipment to stay in business this is unacceptable.
