RecommendedWas recommended to visit this place by our Lyft driver. We were from out of town and had visited a lot of breweries but love craft cocktails as well. Staff is friendly and drinks are fantastic. Loved the interior design, cozy, elegant but not too high end. Would definitely return and recommend for anyone visiting Asheville.

Amazing cocktail bar in the heart of downtown Asheville; a town with many amazing cocktail bars/small plate menu options, Sovereign Remedies boasts an amazingly knowledgeable staff of artisan mixologists as well as an undeniably fresh take on taste itself. Atmosphere, location, and amazing food. A must.

We liked it so much it was the only establishment we visited twice in our 3 night visit. Great bar. Great hospitality
Bad bartender. Think his name was Juan. Not attentive. Didn’t ask me if I wanted anything. Had to ask him if I could order with him. Ignored other people. Not worth it. Competition is fierce. Get a better bar tender. Had the chicken dish. It was average. Sat with my dish for a while. Maybe he’s new?
Emma is awesome. She single handily is the reason we are giving you guys 5 Stars. Great personality, great conversation, and great bartenders choice drinks once we ventured off menu. Thank you Emma!
