we came in for dinner and chef Graham and sous chef Brett blew us out if the water. if you havent been to try out the food at sovereign remedies then you are missing out on something truly special. Hats off to the kitchen, Rebecca our incredible server and the bar for our delicious drinks.
Everything was very good. There’s an eggnog cocktail that will take your breath away! If you sit upstairs, especially in the winter, sit away from the windows as they are old and very drafty. Asheville has many great restaurants and this is one of them. There are only 3 meat entrees so if you like meat variety, this may not be your place. On the contrary, my friends steak was cooked perfectly. Definitely a great meal with cocktails to write home about.
If you want to go out for drinks, treat yourself to something special and head to destination-spot. Their artisanal cocktails and delectables are as sexy as the atmosphere.
Beautifully crafted dishes with creative ingredients. (Need to use better olives with cocktails though! )
Great drinks and atmosphere. Loved the large Bourbon selection. Great bar food!!! Highly recommend.
Amazingly good cocktails, and some of the best small plates in Asheville. I was sitting next to a James Beard award nominee having dinner and drinks. That says a lot about where the big name chefs in town go to eat. One of those secret places you hope the tourists don’t ruin. Highly recommended.
