I've been to physical therapy in past because of a genetic condition called ehler's danlos, and this time I have to have pelvic floor therapy. NaPortia Mitchell Is easily the best therapist I have ever had. She has a great way with making something as unpleasant and intrusive as pelvic floor therapy more comfortable, and she does a good job explaining all the muscle groups and how different things work internally to help. I would highly recommend. The office staff is also good, and I never had an issue with anything there.

Sessions were helpful and informative (with Stephen Young). Was well worth my time and money. There were four sessions in total. The first two sessions were more intensive and focused than the last two sessions which is when the sessions became more routine as in two patients per therapist and the exercises seemed be of more or less the same i.e. excercises that one could do at home.
