Most recently, I contacted the office to update my daughter’s email address. I am the primary leaseholder and the first person listed on the lease. Despite that, Jenny responded with the following email: “Thank you for the information. BUT, She would have to send this information directly to us because you are not on the lease. I have been renting with them for 4 yrs and I love this company. Any problem I had they answered within a couple of hours and sent someone out either the same day or next day. You may not find a better company than them and I highly recommend Sovereign

I am currently searching for a home, and my experience with Tanya has been disappointing from the start. Although I have not met her in person, her initial voicemail—where she rescheduled my appointment and mispronounced my name—left a poor first impression. While I understand traffic can cause delays, her handling of the rescheduling was unprofessional. I texted her as instructed, but my message was read and never acknowledged. These folks are the definition of incompetent. They barely answer the phone, zero follow up, can't answer any basic real estate related questions without shuffling, and they seem very uneducated. I can't imagine doing any business with them. Mindboggling that they have clients. Sylvia was very understanding and helpful and full of information, meeting her was a pleasure. However, dealing with Karla have been a great experience as well. She was always helpful and took the time for me when needed. It’s always something when new people come across my case!! Now it’s a renewal fee of $75.00 out of nowhere. I feel they should give you a notice of this before they harass you about renewing your lease. Don’t you think that’s something tenants should know?
