Terrible customer service. The lady that answer the phone was very rude. Submitted application 3 weeks ago, no reply no updates nothing. Have to keep calling to hear anything about my app. I always hear about an Ebony that’s in charge but no contract of anything for Ebony. Takes money and just leave you without answers. Horrible with all seriousness
