Thank God I never had to be here as the reviews are horrific! However I can relate because as a person who lives in the vicinity, I have had issues with the noise from the lawn people and the debris that falls into my yard which they do not pick up. Tree limbs, leaves etc. I went to speak to them about it and they were very rude and condescending and nothing got resolved. Today the lawn service started their leaf blowers at 6:30am on a Sat. It is now 2 and 1/2 hrs later and they are still going and have been going non stop. ... read more
2.5 years later and I have not recovered from the neglect and negative/punishing treatment I received at this horrible place. Believe EVERYTHING negative you read. There are NO activities, ... Do not go...do not send your loved ones. Needs to be SHUT DOWN !
Hard time seeking medical attention, medication and therapy were not always available. Had my therapy taken away from me 1/3 of the way through my stay as they kept insisting I was too close to leaving. Safety concerns were met with no results, and general concerns were often met with attitude from higher members of staff, if I could even find them as some members openly admitted to avoiding patients.
