Only complaint so far is the possibility of items being taken when someone comes in for repairs or checks. The first time it happened to me it was almost comical and I couldn’t really process it at the time, but nonetheless someone bluntly took something that was not theirs. An older repairman last year came in to fix my sink and I had recently bought a big pack of paper towels. I never go out of my way to write negative reviews but this was honestly the worst living experience I have ever had. I wanted to warn any potential residents before making the decision to live here. The building is falling apart: there is no ventilation anywhere so they hallways always have an awful stench, moldy and cracking walls are just painted over each year, no A/C in the summer time, and bare minimum heating or no heating during the winter.
