For my 2012 Toyota Camry SE to Sovels Auto Service for an oil change and maintenance check. They checked the brakes, coolant, brake fluid, and other maintenance items and clearly explained what was needed and what could wait. My front brakes were worn, so they replaced the front pads and rotors. They also found that the left rear caliper slide pins were sticking and cleaned and regreased them. I am writing this review regarding something that did not get fixed rather than something that did get fixed. I brought my daughter's car into the shop due to a loud scraping noise coming from the rear of the car. I assumed it was the rear brakes, and a visual inspection confirmed that the brakes needed to be replaced and should fix the scraping sound. My family and I have been doing business with Sovel's for around 50 years. They are family-owned with exceptional customer service, courteous, VERY HONEST, do great quality work, and charge reasonably. One of the only places we trust our vehicles with. Shout out to the entire staff!!!!!
I called with a question and the employee that answered was helpful and polite. The price he quoted for what I called about was very reasonable. It was nice to have a friendly human answer the phone and give great customer service instead of getting Bob the Bot.
It was highly recommended by my coworker & AAA tow driver & I'm glad I listened & took my car to Sovel's. They are beyond amazing. They take time to make you understand & explain everything you need to know. They replaced the radiator with a reasonable price compares to others. My car now is running beautifully.
