Chose to have my son’s car towed to Sovel’s based on reviews. Dropped it off on a Tuesday, was told they would be able to get to it “early next week”. Received a call on Wednesday afternoon that it was diagnosed (bad alternator) and given out the door price. Gave the green light to perform the repair and received a call at 10am Thursday morning that the vehicle was done and ready to be picked up! I usually work on my own vehicles however I found myself broke down in Novi an hour away from my home. Sovels Was very prompt, professional and fair .
I only take my car to Sovel's. I have never had to take it back for the same thing. The prices are fair, they don't treat me like a 'dumb girl', and the staff is great!
