Awesome place and awesome people! I blew out my A/C unit (faulty compressor) in March of 2024 and they were beyond helpful in diagnosing the issue and repairing it. I went back to have the timing belts, water pump and tensioners replaced shortly afterwards and once again, amazing help. I would recommend Sovel's to everyone!
We had a clunking sound coming from under our vehicle. Took it to a national chain who said it “probably” was the struts, but it could be more than that, which they wouldn’t know until the struts were replaced. Decided to get a second opinion and took it to Sovel’s (our first time here). Undeterred, they went to great lengths to assess what was actually going on. Chose to have my son’s car towed to Sovel’s based on reviews. Dropped it off on a Tuesday, was told they would be able to get to it “early next week”. Received a call on Wednesday afternoon that it was diagnosed (bad alternator) and given out the door price. Gave the green light to perform the repair and received a call at 10am Thursday morning that the vehicle was done and ready to be picked up!
