In the past year, I have reached out to this company because our neighbor community are having repeated harassment issues with one of their tenants, who is presenting repeated irritating/threatening behaviors and profanity/swearing at neighbors and their children. I have spoken to Lisa at Souza who claims she's reporting this to the owner(s) and requesting a someone to call me back, but to this day still nobody has responded to my concern. AWARE THEY KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!!! I'm thankful for moving out from Souza10 and not renting with them no more! If you want move in with a place that keep your deposit plus charge you more when you move out this is the place to rent with! We lived in this house for 8 years and the house was in 6 out 10 when we moved in. Things were used and broken and I replaced them.. carpet was already used and look old..
