Our landlord has used Souza contractors in the past for remodeling, so post-Helene he hired them to fix up our rental house. These guys are excellent! Very friendly, efficient and a one stop shop. I was highly impressed with how they mobilized and worked as a team to complete our damaged home. We're back to normal (better than actually).
After moving in, I realized that here were serious problems with the plumbing and foundation. I repeatedly contacted them about it, but they decided to do nothing. Eventually, I had to make a formal complaint with the Buncombe County Building Inspector's Office and they made RS Construction bring the plumbing and foundation up to minimum code.
