Signed a contract in Oct 21 with supposed closing of June 13 2022. The builder informed me two weeks ago that Southwicke was having money issues and they were in the rears to their material suppliers. They didnt have a problem taking my money on contract date though. Be wary of this builder. I now have a new due date of December 2022 and they havent worked on my house because they ordered the wrong trusses which sat on the lot next to us for 2 months while they couldnt get the lumber.
