I simply cannot say enough positive things about our experiences with Southworth’s! We primarily dealt with Kevin and then Mike, but everyone there was exceptional. They helped us by giving advice and information about the recliners but left us to browse and decide. Truly it will be where we go for any future furniture needs. Our advice to everyone- check out this hidden gem of a store!!! You won’t be disappointed!!
Just had our two 8 way hand tied couches delivered today. I can’t say enough about the level of customer service we experienced. It was a pleasure to deal with this store and especially Kevin the Operations Manager- responsive but not intrusive or pushy. The delivery staff were great as well. And the price we paid was hundreds less than the same couches at another store. I would highly recommend Southworth’s and will shop there again

These guys are so fantastic to work with. They are flexible, knowledgable, and super-nice guys. They picked up my old dining-room table and 6 chairs at no extra charge when they delivered the new set. And I love love love the sofa I found there, it's just the right size, comfortable, and they delivered that free also. Can't recommend them enough. 😍😻

My wonderful recliner was just delivered, and it is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in! Delivery was on time by two courteous and efficient deliverymen who also took my old chair away for me. If you need furniture, go to Southworth's! You will be 1000% satisfied with them!
