Tom Sittlow worked with me on my recent purchase and previous purchases in the past. I have worked with other salespeople also there. I have purchased from other dealers around the Chippewa Valley in the past but always return to Southworth. I have all our service done with Southworth also. Southworth - Great Car Buying Experience Southworth is GREAT!! They were so easy to work with. I bought my new car remotely, without driving it. However, my salesman, Ryan did a fantastic video demonstration of the car, walk around and photos. Wrong size tires! After buying my car, I noticed the speedometer was way off (by 6-7 mph freeway). I called and talked to Kristy (service tech?) and asked them to put the correct tires on. I was told they would, but I'd have to I'd pay for them! WHAT????? So now I have to order new tires at my own expense, but definitely not taking it to Southworth! I'll have my mechanic put them on - someone I know I can trust!
Chad was fantastic to work with. He took care of everything. Bought a replacement vehicle for my 1999 Jeep Wrangler. I am beyond in love with this vehicle, and feel like I got an amazing deal.
Bought a car for my daughter and the whole process was quick and easy from test drive to signing. I bought a relatively inexpensive used car but was treated by the staff like I was buying new! I'll be back!
