I brought my children to this practice for routine dental checkups. Eight months later, I've received bills for more than $600.00 in unnecessary services that were not covered by insurance. This practice prides itself on having absolutely NO integrity and obviously robbing clients of their hard 0earned money. Dr. Gallo and her staff should be ashamed and embarrassed. Take your business ANYWHERE else.

Southwood’s Pediatric Dentistry has turn out to be a hostile, sales pressure, and money bragging institution. My son (who is now 6 years) routine dental appointment was originally scheduled on November 7. However, I was informed via automated scheduler notification email that my son’ routine dental appointment was change to November 27. This office is amazing! Everyone there is great! Both of my kids can't wait to go to the dentist again which was not the case at our previous dentist. My daughter even had to get some work done and still wants to go back! They called as a follow-up to see how she was doing later that day and everything! We really love it hear and are glad to have found this place!

Excellent job. I have my own anxiety from a previous visit to my former dentist. I was really worried about my daughter's first experience with the dentist. You guys made me feel very comfortable with your procedures and my daughter who is 3 years old I should add, was relaxed with no issues during the whole time of her procedure. I recommend Southwood for your child's dental needs any day. Thank you Southwoods for making thi experience easy for both my daughter and I. Oh by the way, my daughter is doing well.

My son is 5 and was referred to this office because of his fear of the dentist. He needed a lot of work done. After our very first appointment, for X-ray and consult, we left feeling like we found the perfect place for him. The staff is amazing and the dentist is incredible. He has had a lot of work done, isn't afraid to go back, they even tried a newer procedure to help keep a couple teeth that otherwise would have had to be taken out.
