moved in here since August and it has been nothing but a HEADACHE! EVERY SINGLE MONTH. There is no assigned parking but the neighbors we have are PATHETIC. You would think being in a townhome people would rather park infront of their door but these lazy , dirty folks love to always move their vehicles the minute we leave to park their vehicles in the spot thats right out by our door instead of theirs. After almost three years as a reliable tenant with a perfect payment history, I'm deeply disappointed with the quality of care from management. While previous staff were kind, the current management's response to a recent sewer backup has been unacceptable. On August 15th, a sewer backup occurred in my unit. The company sent by management did an inadequate cleanup, leaving standing water and trash that had been in contact with Category 3 sewer water. Updated 5/4/25 - I stand by my original comment of it being an alright complex but not worth the price. A year or so after leaving this review, they again raised my rent and offered no concessions even though it was a basic unit with no updates or renovations. I simply couldn’t justify a base rent of $1,375 for a 2 bed 2 bath + pet rent and utilities… I have since moved and have had a similar experience at my new apartment while saving several hundred dollars a month.
