After almost three years as a reliable tenant with a perfect payment history, I'm deeply disappointed with the quality of care from management. Updated 5/4/25 - I stand by my original comment of it being an alright complex but not worth the price. A year or so after leaving this review, they again raised my rent and offered no concessions even though it was a basic unit with no updates or renovations. I simply couldn’t justify a base rent of $1,375 for a 2 bed 2 bath + pet rent and utilities… I have since moved and have had a similar experience at my new apartment while saving several hundred dollars a month. Just a warning. . . Please be very sure (personally) that you qualify for residence before applying. Property looks beautiful, staff were very friendly, however I was 100% upfront with them about what would show up on my credit and rental history and I was told to go ahead and apply. I was also told what I shared with them would not discredit me. Well, I was denied and per their application agreement, rental application and admin fee totaling over $300 is non-refundable.
