Speaking as a brand new resident - moved in April 19th 2024 - I can say the service and professionalism from the leasing office is top notch. Aaron made my move in day so easy. The clear, concise and informative email communication allowed me to set up all my utilities in advance, make my initial payment in advance, and spelled out everything I needed to do ahead of time. We’ve lived at Southwoods apartments for 5 years. All I can say is our stay was amazing, lovingly, spectacular, and very comfortable. All of the employees were super nice and respectful. Maintenance people were very nice and they would come on time to fix anything that you want. We really recommend anyone that wants to rent a good nice clean apartment to go to Southwoods. ☺️😊
