Always feel comfortable leaving my cherished fur babies with the folks at Southwoods. They are kind as well as experienced. The only reason we aren't there for every appointment is that we moved away. Still bring our dogs back for the big appointments (like dental care) because we trust the doctors and staff at Southwoods.
Awesome people that truly care about our pets and us. I will be with them from now on. Compassionate Doctors and staff are hard to find. Thanks to all that are there.
They turned my dog away last night at 6pm. Said i was not in there records. No number or names. Four of my dogs goes here every year for vaccination. Sick or what ever. Told me to take my dog to an emergency vet. Couldn't help him.
The Southwoods veterinarians and staff are superb; this is a state-of-the-art animal hospital at a fraction of the cost. Dr. Clark has done numberous complicated procedures on our dogs and has undoubtedly improved their longevity and quality of life. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet.
I have had so many pets and Southwood has certainty be very caring and resourceful in the care for all of them. Right now my little, (not so little), Winnie dog is going through paralyzes of her rear legs due to nerve impinchment. They have given me hope and I do believe she will regain some of her ability to function normally. Thank you all there at Southwood for your continued support and caring for Sunnie's disabilities. After adopting my little girl Allie in 2006, I looked for a vet in my area. I was so lucky to find Southwoods! The counter personnel, assistants, doctors and groomer Misty were always so attentive and made me feel like they loved Allie like I did. Allie passed away on October 25 and they were all so caring in comforting me and helping me to make final decisions. This place is awesome. From vet needs to grooming... they have it all. Best of all are the people that run the place. From the doctors to the front desk and everyone in between... class acts.
It took a little bit to help me at the front desk but when I said I had an injured kitten I got a quick response. I don't have a lot of money & I don't! Want to have to put this baby down. I really appreciate the attentiveness. The Dr. Sat down to talk with me. Yes I cried, I knew J.R. Was in pain. He ate yesterday & I cried. Thank you for helping me with this little man.
