My dog went for boarding and grooming 2 weeks ago. The boarding was fine with no issues but the grooming was something else. I call to tell the groomer how I wanted my baby (yorkie) cut. I clearly stated I wanted his eyes low cause his hair grows faster in that area. When I pick my dog he was bald with hair on the ears and tail only. I was so confused. Not to mention my baby had a cut on his nose. Did not say anything to me. Which was not acceptable. Plus its getting cold so I don't know why Lisa would cut it so low. So with... read more
