Do not believe the hype. I have had a knocking noise in my hot water heater room for over a year. Yes maintainace has been in the apartment several times but has not fixed it. I asked for the number to corporate and they gave me a bogus number. Been a long term residence and they act like I dont matter. Its sad. BEWARE if you want to move here. Very great neighborhood! Paul is very helpful obviously an older apartment complex but still very nice
I visited the location Southwood Vista Apartments Homes and the front desk manager, Shakenya, provided exceptional customer service; I was extremely satisfied with the apartment tour, and she was able to provide informative information.
Paul, kenya, Marco , they’re great anything I need in the leasing office they always comes through when needed. Marco is a great maintenance team members any issues he comes and fix the issue right away.
