Paul assisted me in having a smooth moving process. He was very patient and provided excellent customer service.
I just want to state that Paul and Aishah were absolutely amazing. This move has been so stressful on me and my kids and although we hit a few bumps they absolutely did everything in their power to help me. Communication was clear and Paul’s positive attitude during the process really motivated me to see this through! I can’t thank them enough for their help today…. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. The positive reviews are misleading—please RUN from this property. I lived with mold, roaches, gnats, and unresponsive management from day one. When I moved in (Aug 2022), there was black mold on every window. Maintenance marked my requests “complete” without fixing anything. I also had a severe gnat infestation in 2023 that made it impossible to cook, and pest control never resolved it.
