Scheduled a tour for this apartment on a Monday and met the incredible Paul who walked me through everything and was very informative a thorough. Made me feel at ease immediately and made what can sometimes be a tedious process, super easy. By Tuesday I had been approved and signed my lease! Thank you so much Paul for all of your help. Can’t wait to get moved in!!
I had the pleasure of having Ms. Chakenya Brady as my leasing consultant was amazing to work with. She was very patient, helpful, and thorough throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent—she always kept me informed and made everything clear and easy to understand. I truly appreciate her professionalism and support!
The property is horrible no one care if your ac goes out .They proceed to come out and not fix the problem they only do patch work never fix anything the maintenance team needs to do better.
Apart from a few inconvenience like the gate code not working, the pool out of use it’s and good place to live. I personally think a security is needed at night just because we do have break in sometimes. The apartment it self is in good condition for the most part. Shoutout to🎤 garage crew and the maintenance man Mr William D. That man knows his stuff fr. lol everytime I have an issue and he fix it so easily I be feeling stupid 😂😂.
