This place is horrible. The rent is way too high. Plus I just found out I got signed up for cable without my knowledge or authorization raising my rent 60.00 a month. They auto deducted it from my account which is fraud!! Iâm contacting my bank and at the advice of legal council small claims court. A very sick thing to do knowing that people are already struggling due to covid.Â
I wish I wouldâve read the reviews before moving in here. It seemed nice enough, but the poor management is just almost too much to deal with sometimes. They donât enforce the rules consistently throughout the park, only what they feel like, when they feel like. Yes, it is a clean and for the most part quiet community, minus the kids that walk in the middle of the road hollering and cussing at each other and giving dirty looks when you drive by them. Not grandchildren friendly-residents will take photos of minors just playing in grandparents driveway-Other then that beautiful place and was a wonderful staff until recently when new management took over. Want my mom to move in with me and my husband - then she can visit the handful of amazing friends and neighbors she has met here this past yearâ„ïžÂ
we are buying our trailer and we put it up for sale about two weeks ago...well today we get a note from the office stating that we need them to inspect it first???? we aren't letting them buy it back so why the inspection???? if they want to buy it I will sell it to them for a very high price...we have been here 7 years and the last month they have picked on us and my two neighbors...we were told when we moved in no big dogs or pit bulls but they are in here running loose.nice of them to inforce the rules ....i do not recomm... read more
 RecommendedItâs a beautiful community with very friendly residents that will help each other when needed. The one thing I donât care for is there is a lot of âbreaking of rulesâ and nothing usually gets done about it except a slap on the hand.Â
we've been here for at least 5 years now and have always paid our rent on time and maintained our yard to the condition it was left to us and they have been attacking the ones that follow the rules that haven't caused any drama around here and I would say they are discriminate towards at least one race...not to mention the lady that is supposed to be running the park isn't fully trained yet....all this started recently when the new person took over....cant wait to move out of this crap holeÂ
Dog park is trashed and full of goat heads blossomed out and about to seed. Several complaints to the office with no results. Going to contact the main HQ in MI if not addressed by Monday 7-13-2020. Used to love this place. What happened? New management maybe??Â
 RecommendedI had a wonderful round of golf. I will be back again to play at this great facility. Awesome staff and service!!Â
They discriminate against people who follow the rules!They dont know how to communicate with people .Management are not even following their own rules.Playground is supposed to be closed,but they let kids play all the time.Im surprised the virus hasnt gone crazy in Roxbury.Â
