I've only been here a couple weeks, but I love it! Park is quiet and mgmt is very friendly bend over backwards for you! This is my first mobile home!
I haven't lived here for more than a few months but I enjoy it. It's quiet, one of the more clean and quiet parks in the Kent County area. Getting work done on your leased property is a bit of a challenge, but we're gettin there!
We were one of the first trailers to move in here 40 something years ago, it's such a shame to come visit family every year and watch it go down hill! They used to keep it so well kept, made the residents maintain their properties. Now it all looks like trash and I'm almost embarrassed to tell people I grew up here!!!
Now that they rent out trails, it's gone down hill a lot!
