Loved our house on the lake, wonderful community of people, but the new owners haven’t lived up to their commitments! While I call it our lake house I was told it’s only a retention pond, well it’s always been a retention pond but was crystal clear under previous ownership! Now it’s a swamp full of algae and a allergy pit !!
RecommendedI like the peaceful quietness of the community. Everything is well cared for, the homes and yards are nicely done. Nice people and lots of golf carts.
Very deceitful business practices. Buyer beware!! Very nosy and intrusive community, no privacy. Rules only apply to certain people. Read the fine print moving in there as they will tell you anything to get you to sign the lease. Personal finances and private information is spread to community by office workers.
Maintenance man Stan who has the keys to residence homes has threatened a resident with rape. Office staff is aware and not concerned. Police reports have been made.
Get rid of the drug dealers. Better screening. No renters.
RecommendedFriendly service and the new management is trying very hard to keep it in order. They got rid of all the junky mobile homes and people who don’t want to pay or keep up their places. Keep up the good work. I’ve been here over 21 years and am very satisfied 😀😀
RecommendedMoved here when Corona virus was quite active. Was so looking forward to all the socializing with all activities. Hope it all gets back to normal soon. Had a great time tonight at concert n Thank you so much for playing amazing songs.
