This is the worst garden center on the planet!!! My husband & I bought a oak tree for our son's backyard from here. We purchased it early last year & paid almost $800.00 for it. They put a label on it showing our name & that it was sold. They told us they would hold it for us & come out to plant it in September. After it was planted I noticed it was smaller & didn't have branches that came out very far like the one we paid for. I called & no one called us back. I also texted & no one ever texted us back. OMG, it's wonderfully dangerous to walk into this place. I always find more than I intended, and this time I went with a friend, which soon became a competition! They have seasonal decor now, some clothing and much more. Go, but be warned because you will LOVE it!
Have bought thousands of dollars in the past from Southwood, love the plants, love the boutique but just had the most hateful experience returning an item ever. It was shocking. First plant I have ever returned in 25+ years. A $40 item on a $500 receipt. In fairness, it was within the 90 day window and they gave me store credit but it’s what was said and the unfriendly tone that creates the unfortunate experience. Driving to Sanders in the morning. Hoping for a happy experience. Plants should bring you joy, not tears.

Great products but don’t let them install. The crews they use are inexperienced. They plant too low and leave metal rings on trees which can lead to underdevelopment root systems. This was verified by a licensed arborist in Tulsa. We had trees start to lean because of this and had to pay someone to correct the mistake
