Every February, they promote a discounted dental cleaning. Apparently I didn’t learn my lesson the first time I took one of our dogs here. They will nickel and dime you to make up for the 20% savings they promote. Mandatory tests for heart worms even though I provided shot records for over a year showing no lapse in prevention and my dogs are on pro-heart injections. Not to mention proof of negative tests.
