The new owners of this property have been keeping their word on improving the property keep it up. Thank you for resolving an issue I had for the last 2 years
I have lived in this nice neighborhood for a little over 3 years . Well it was nice at first. It has changed. Seems as though they can’t keep management and they don’t like to come fix things. The first management was a nice older lady I enjoyed her when she was here. And maintenance stayed on top of things. Now it’s the most rude loud and unprofessional management I have ever seen in my life smh. I would rate no stars but I couldn’t.
apartments are nice, well lit at night and they keep the complex neat and clean, only problem is everything keeps breaking down, my air conditioning has went out for the 5th time in 4 months, when unit comes to “fix” it, it just breaks right back down, even my washer, dryer, and stove, due to the constant breaking and so called “fixing” we are moving in 2 months
Very pleased with my experience from start to finish. Both Mrs. Cynthia and Brendon were very helpful, and were able to accommodate me in a timely manner. The compassion that I've experienced i will never forget. In addition, the property and apartments are well kept! Look no further.
