I've been taking my dog Boudin to Southwind Animal Hospital since I moved to Memphis 3 years ago. They always take great care of him for any medical issues and Boudin loves to board there. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. The receptionists are very nice and accommodating. I've never had an issue getting an appointment or scheduling boarding. Cannot recommend enough!
My cat Clayton has been going to Southwind since November 2014 and we love it! I appreciate that Southwind keeps me organized by sending regular emails (both general and personalized), and I love that they provided me with a hard copy ID card for Clayton (kind of like a driver's license) when we first started going there. They are always easy to schedule with (regular appointments and even last minute boarding needs), and they are in a good part of town. Wonderful caring staff, clean facilities and all of my pets feel more than welcome when they come. Large waiting room so there is plenty of elbow room should there be multiple people/pets waiting. One of the few vet clinics I have been to where scheduling is excellent and wait times minimal. Would have no regrets in referring this facility/staff to others.
Great staff and Dr. Cooper was AMAZING!She got my little buddy all fixed up. We went in sick with no excitement and my little buddy was feeling better and running around that evening.. Eating, Drinking and being the bad dog he was before. Thanks so much!
Very expensive Vet. Probably one of the highest price ones in the city of Memphis and Shelby County and unnecessarily talked me into putting one of my dogs down that didn't have to die. I found this out later. I sent Dr. Copper a letter telling her of my concerns about what happen and got no response at all. Also was told twice the price of blood work on one of my pets and the price ended up almost double. I do not recommend this place at all.
