BAD BAD...Grooming service used scentless dry wash on my dog..he still had dry tears in his eyes..after have him there from 8:30am to 2:30pm..I
The folks at Southwind are the best. I live almost 2 hours away in another state and my dog was ill and my vet was not managing his pain very well. I called Southwind, explained the situation, they took us in immediately. Once they saw his condition and the pain he was in, Dr Cooper got us in to MVS Hospital. It was not a happy ending for us. On this past Saturday my husband and I had to lay our babygirl to rest. The staff were all very caring and understanding, and although it was a hard day for us they made the transition very smooth. We are looking forward to bringing our newly adopted fur baby in and making Southwind Animal Hosp. our primary vet. Biggest thanks to you all!
