Had to pay 200 dollars per visit despite my mom going to them with the exact same insurance and not being charged. They told my mom that they take her insurance but then didn’t take mine…make it make sense…later found out the following year 2026 from Southwick herself that they shouldn’t have been charging me but since it’s 2026 and not 2025 (when they charged me) I can’t get my 300 dollars back. Honestly I do really like this place but they really need to figure out how to be on the same page and the front desk people reall... read more
