Great people & product! Most people expect way to much meat to comeback to them! If a meat processor does it right, you will get good clean, trimmed & packaged meat.
Picked up my elk yesterday. One 3 oz pack of tenderloin. Called them about the other missing 4 lbs of the very best meat. Couldn't help. Frankly, they didn't care. Said possibly mislabeled some? I guess next year when I finish all the meat I'll know if they did. Hope the millers enjoy the filets. NEVER AGAIN. What a bad end to a great hunt.

Sorry you were dissatisfied with the service we provided and with the information we tried to provide regarding the questions you had about your order. Out of the 450+ elk we have processed this year there has not been one animal with 4# of inside tenderloins. Your animal came in at 130lbs carcass weight. An average 240 lb. cow elk will have 2 inside tenderloins that once cleaned, if they are in perfect condition will yield approximately 1 1/2 lbs. of packaged product. Dealt well with us splitting two pigs, in many different ways, from the La Paz county 4H auction. Sausage is seasoned perfectly, and tastes so great! Bacon is smoked nicely, and good meaty chunks of bacon make for great BLT's! Thank Guys, would definitely recommend to anyone!
Horrible management had my pig for 3 months said they tried to call looked thru all my call logs and never relieved 1 tried leaving message for the manager been 2 weeks never returned my calls just lost a loyal customer
Millers has processed 2 elk for me and are now handling a 3rd. I will always look for their truck in the field. The care shown when checking my elk in to the excellent packaging I get on pick up is great. The delivery option to Tucson can't be beat as well. You can't go wrong to trust your hard earned meat with them.

Just picked up my javelina today. I was going to try to process it myself and I'm so glad I decided to let the professionals take care of it. I tried the snack sticks and they are really good. I'll definitely take my future big game there. Anyone that can make a my wife comfortable eating javelina is a miracle worker.
