Not very transparent they will charge you for carcass but won’t give you finally weight of the beef you’re getting from your steer. I turn in 1300 lb steer carcass weight 782 lbs but I get 405 lbs of beef back including soup bones 2 boxes. Off that 782 I was supposed to get about minimum 540 bone in beef. So what happened??? I’m posting this because I was supposed get a call back to explain why but that never happened.

millers has butchered three of my elk I have shot. You cant get better service in town and they make some killer specialty products.

These guys are so awesome. We come here for educational purposes and use Pig lungs and heart to demonstrate mechanical ventilation in our classrooms. Everytime I call they are so professional and every time I show up to pick up my long they are so friendly and so kind. Fantastic people work there with a great customer service skills!
Went to pick up my son's first big game harvest today and found out they sent it home with someone else! Very frustrating and disappointing. Got the meat later in the day but how can they guarantee after it has been at someone's house that it is his and the amount I received is correct...
