RecommendedVery accommodating, can almost always get same day appointments when necessary. Sultan is the best Dr I have ever met. Been going there over 12 years and my kids are always excited to do to the Dr just to see Sultan.
Southwest pediatrics is my family's one stop shop for all of our healthcare needs. Their office staff and nurses are personable and pleasant. My sons, husband, and I all see Sultan Ayoub as our PCP and he is wonderful. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and explains a lot to us. Now if you were dying they wouldnt help you unless you paid them first from the last visit that was for paper work. I was going to see them because my heart has been burning and beating very fast and they said no we cant see you because you owe 25 dollars for FMLA paper work. Im like are you serious over paper work. Poor customer service poor managament money hungery company only company in Maricopa that takes my Insurance. Rude in every department stay away.
We have taken our teen daughter to this clinic. Both health care providers were EXCELLENT! Knowledgeable with teen issues, caring bedside manner, and very professional staff. It is EASY to get a appointment right away.

We are pretty new to them and it didnt take long to realize how much they care! I got a text from Sultan following up on my son at 8:30 p.m.. This has only happened one other time in my almost 12 years of being a mom. Southwestern Pediatrics also has an allergist in their office (also can treat adults) which has been beneficial to my family as I have an son with asthma and we were having to drive 30 min (each way) out of town. I brought my 11 year old daughter and 16 year old son in for school physicals. Sultan Ayoub, NP was a great listener and was very helpful! Upon my sons examination, I was asked about some symptoms he had been having with his heart for some time and how long it had been going on. Other Drs had dismissed the issue as hormones induced by puberty, Dr Ayoub was a great listener and refered us to an amazing Pediatric Cardiologist, Dr Alhadheri, that will taking care of my sons svts.

I have been taking my grandson here for 4 years. I love the way Sulton deals with children he is very patient, and kind. My grandson doesnt always show a happy face in the beginning. But after the appointment, he is doing high fives with Sulton. Such a great person Sulton.
