Southwestern Medical Clinic in Niles is an environment of welcoming you. Listens, asks questions to make sure your needs are addressed. Today was my annual checkup. Fantastic customer service done by everyone I encountered. Smiles included!!! Questions were asked, I answered. They asked me for questions or concerns. Was given information on vaccines that are available, preventive procedures also. I left there happy knowing I have the best of the best taking care of me.
From the moment I walked in the staff and dr were very attentive to my concerns and pleasant
The staff and my doctor are the kindest and most helpful group of sawbones around. Quite pleased 😄
