I got right in, hardly any waiting. The staff was excellent and friendly. I also got my flu shot from a table sat up in the lobby. It was a awesome experience.
I have been a patient of UTSW for a few years now and during one of my stays last year they found two aneurysms on my brain. Lately after a few accidents I haven’t been able to bounce back in order to work. My family was referred to this hospital with the title of being one of the "best" Hospital in the DFW. There were many great individual workers that I will always be thankful for how amazing they were. This one star is down to the mis-communication that was involved between the teams across the Pulmonology and Urology Department. This delay in communication created a false sense of hope, it created a delay in help towards the person and family that believe in your team.
