We were on vacation from out of state and needed hearing supplys we stopped at this location in Rolla, Missouri. Justin Herman seemed very knowledgeable and helped me obtain the ear buds and filters I needed.
I picked 5 stars only because there wasn't a 10. Justin and Susan are outstanding, personable, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and they made sure I understood everything going on. I felt comfortable and confident from the first hello, and recommend them wholeheartedly. They care. Great product, too, I truly didn't realize how much I was missing.
Everyone was wonderful, results were explained well. Very pleasant experience.
Staff are very nice and friendly. Susan greeted as soon as we walked in. She was great. Justin did our tests and explained so much to us. Will definitely come back
Susan was great!! Very personable and inviting. Dr Justin equally fantastic, took the time to explain our results and next steps. 10/10 would recommend
