Susan at the Rolla store was a fantastic help to us this morning. She explained things very well and was very clear and calm. We would certainly recommend Southwestern to others.

We are extremely happy with Justin Herman and Susan. We went to Rolla so my husband could get some hearing aids. Justin and Susan made us feel like family and they was there to make sure everything went just right. Justin was great with my husband and me. I had an appointment today for a hearing screening. My visit was very good. I was greeted by Susan when I arrived. Jeff and Susan were extremely welcoming, friendly, and thorough. I will definitely come back if I have any issues in the future and highly recommend this office to anyone needing hearing services.
I went to the Southwestern Hearing Center in Rolla, Missouri. Susan, at the front desk, was very professional and kind to me. Sudsn called me on my birthday to wish me a happy birthday and set up the appointment. She called me up a few days before my appointment to give me a friendly reminder.
