I had an appointment today for a hearing screening. My visit was very good. I was greeted by Susan when I arrived. Jeff and Susan were extremely welcoming, friendly, and thorough. I will definitely come back if I have any issues in the future and highly recommend this office to anyone needing hearing services.
I went to the Southwestern Hearing Center in Rolla, Missouri. Susan, at the front desk, was very professional and kind to me. Sudsn called me on my birthday to wish me a happy birthday and set up the appointment. She called me up a few days before my appointment to give me a friendly reminder. Justin gave me the hearing test. He explained everything to me very clearly before and after the test. He even printed off a copy of my test results for me. Now, I have a hearing baseline.
