This location is the real deal. It's worth your time and money. The eye doctor was very professional by letting me know in detail everything that I needed to understand with my vision. He also let me know if my insurance covered it. The staff was professional. The optometrist are great with helping me know what my insurance covered, Samantha is amazing and always a pleasure to see. She always answers my questions and helps me with my glasses until they fit properly. I have only wonderful things to say about this place.
The Doctor is amazing !! The problem with this office is they have a lady by the name of Sam that is suppose to help you pick out your new glasses. Well Ive been in the office 4 times this year and not once did see look approachable. She never smiles or even says hello. We need friendly people that enjoy their jobs and that want to be helpful. She is NOT. I sat waiting for her and ended up walking out. Ill buy my glasses and sunglasses somewhere else.
The waiting room was full but I was seen pretty quickly. I liked their polite service and their selection of frames
Had my initial eye examination today; very pleased with the smooth process. The ladies running the front desks were courteous and efficient. Carmen conducted my preliminary eye tests methodically and explained to me every step what she was doing; very impressed. Dr. Roper examined my eyes and reviewed the results with me; very interesting to see photographs of my internal eye structures. Entire process was smooth as silk; highly recommended.
