I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for helpful or friendly service. I came in needing adjustments for two pairs of glasses, and the vibe was incredibly dismissive. There was no "hello" or "how can we help?"—just a cold question about whether or not the glasses were purchased there. It’s a shame because a little kindness goes a long way, but the staff here made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer.

Horrible. Do not recommend. Let's start with the exam - rushed and not thorough. Very low tech. Front desk staff unfriendly. The glasses person was decent. I order two pairs of glasses with lenses. Regular and shades. My eyeglasses came within 2 weeks. They were very strong but I decided to deal with it. Another week goes by, no sunglasses. I called, emailed and after 2 more weeks was told they were "lost". This is after I was told they were delivered to the wrong location. Underwhelming. Appointment seem rushed and like doctor was not listening to the reason for me coming in. Waste of time. Have to find time to go an find another doctor. Then they ask you to reach out about it after you left a review and they dont respond.
