As a new patient, the process of onboarding was well done. I felt welcome and valued. My initial appointment was productive and I look forward to be treated by staff and doctors with my eye care needs.
Made an appointment and they called me back to change it to the following week. Terrible customer service. Don't go to these unprofessional jerks.
Overall, ran by ignorant people, who knows their ignorant motives. I asked the lady who examined my eyes before the actual optometrist examined me, to just address me by my first name instead of sir after every sentence. She called me by first name maybe once, and than continued on with sir for the entire duration of my time spent with her. This was rather annoying and lacked disregard for how I liked to be spoken to, but she insisted with sir which is strange.
