Easy appointment, freindly greeting, clean facilities, professional staff , Dr Roper excellant, always feel I am receiving best care
Everyone was great especially the Assistant that gave me the exam. She was very thorough in explaining when she has to help open my eyes to do drops or exams
Everyone is kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I'd rather be treated here than anywhere else.
Dr. Roper has been taking care of our family for several years, and it's always a joy to see him (pun intended). This location is friendly and efficient. Staff are knowledgeable and professional. And we've always had a great experience scheduling the eye exams. This is not a review of the optical sales side or glasses fitting area, which (as I understand it) is a separate business. I wish that side of the business learned a few things from the optometrist side about customer care.
