Chris is the best optician I’ve ever met. I’ve been wearing glasses since primary school but he’s the only optician who can help me find the best glasses and adjust it to PERFECTION by just looking at my glasses on my face. He is a real genius and his work is amazing. So sad to learn that he’s retiring soon!
People are friendly, but they always overbook, so very long wait times. (45 minutes or more before being taken to the back, then more waiting. This is my 3rd appointment that my wait time was an hour and a half, with 5 min for the dr)
This practice is deceptive at best, working the system for their benefit. After coming in for, what was booked as, a routine checkup for a new patient, they charged my medical insurance rather than my vision insurance because I "complained" of dry eyes (after having undergone LASIK surgery and recently moved to the AZ desert) when the doctor prompted me.
