The place is great! The people are friendly and professional, and my Dr. has always helped me see better!
Went in to have a consultation done by I believe Sara as I might be wrong of the name. She was really rude as I was asking her about my eye process for surgery. Come to find out I told her I never received a packet. She then said, oh I thought you received it and did not.read it but instead asking me questions about the process. You can tell she was annoyed. Dr. Chang has been my dad's doctor for a few years now. My dad is quite happy with his care and service. I recently met him and can see he truly cares about his patients needs and comfort. From my understanding he is one of the few doctors available for glaucoma in the area. Dad highly recommens!
Over 30 minutes late, very good visit, took time, lot's of questions.
