I do not recommend this clinic for many reasons. One they were not friendly when I arrived at the place. Two, for a year a half they have been charging me for some procedure that my insurance has already covered. The billing department is disrespectful and does not listen. I am done being respectful and understanding with this clinic.
RecommendedI just want to thank everyone there. I have a very hard prescription and have since I was a kid with having many eye muscle surgeries. The last place I went was a total diaster and that steered me away from getting new glasses. Thank you so much Southwestern Eye!
I’ve been waiting for reimbursement from a bill I prepaid and my insurance already paid to to SW eye .. It’s going on 8 months and I’m still waiting for the refund. All I get is a run around about paperwork. SW EYE, quick to charge,slow to reimburse!!
The staff is completely incompetent on every level. Please do not go here..You will absolutely regret it.
This place makes appointments but does not keep them, they tell you to wai5 an hour you wait then it's another 30 minutes. Isn't the patients time worth something, mine is...
