Brought my step mother in for a 12:50 appointment, it is now 1:55 what on earth takes so long. Last time I brought her in it was over 2 hours waiting. If they're understaffed than perhaps they shouldn't schedule so many on each day. Dr. Kuntz has helped me with my low vision for several years. He is knowledgeable and attentive. He referred me to Dr. Felsted for surgery, and the results have been awe inspiring!! Dr. Felsted is very kind and highly skilled! My vision is 20/20 for the first time in my life!!!! No more anxiety about knocking my glasses off the nightstand!! No more ultra thick glasses! Went for an 8:40 appointment a few weeks ago, there were 4 people waiting in front of me. I couldn’t wait the hour and a half for the exam, and rescheduled. Went in this morning and waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that their system was down and that they’d have to call me to reschedule. Again. C’mon SW Eye. Stop over scheduling and take care of your patients.
