After reviewing their website and seeing they advertised for routine eye exams in Yuma, i requested an appointment. They called me back, next day, asking same info I had already submitted, then transferred my call to Yuma - was then asked same info AGAIN. Was then told they do not provide this service in Yuma - only do surgeries. Wasted a day of my time chasing them. XXed them off my list. Save yourself time (and money - go to Algodones)
