We worked with Reese on the removal of old siding and installation of new. Reese is an exceptional communicator and went above and beyond to make sure we were meeting our goals and staying on budget. We genuinely felt like he cared about our home and achieving a good result.
I wish I could give a positive review. The lack of communication from our sales person alone warrants a 2 star review. We received a message saying our project would start on X day and a few past that I was still struggling to get any information from our Sales person. This continued to be the tone of our interactions until I finally called the office. The mistakes and wasted time once we got them out to install made for a very frustrating experience. The sales rep Ian Yates was awesome to work with. The quote he provided beat the other two quotes I obtained for my gutter replacement. Ian was always quick to answer anytime I emailed him. The gutters look awesome on my house!
We absolutely love the exterior of our new home! Reece McCleland helped us with the design and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. A very professional company who got the work done quickly. I would highly recommend this company and Reece to anyone.
I worked with Dalton Carr over at Southwestern and he was great. Showed up on time, gave me a good competitive quote, and he was a very kind young man. I highly recommend southwestern and especially Dalton if you go!
